Support Groups at Better2gether
At Better2gether, our mission is to provide a diverse range of support groups tailored to meet various needs, all facilitated by trained, qualified, and experienced professionals. We proudly host our sessions at the Rochdale Therapy Centre and Shaw Therapy Centre. Our goal is to ensure that individuals find it easy to access the support they need and benefit from the collective experience and understanding of others who are facing similar challenges.

Our support groups
Our support groups are designed to address specific issues and offer a safe, supportive environment for individuals to share their experiences and seek help.
Some of the key areas we focus on include the following:
Depression
Dealing with depression can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face it alone. Acknowledging your feelings is the first step toward healing. Seeking support from professionals, practicing self-care, and reaching out to loved ones can help you manage symptoms and regain a sense of hope and balance.
Bereavement
Coping with grief and loss is a deeply personal journey. Allow yourself time to grieve and express your emotions. Seeking support from loved ones or a professional can provide comfort. Remember, healing takes time, and it’s okay to move through the stages of grief at your own pace.
Addiction
